Here are the details in regards to this complaint.* This client called and scheduled an estimate on July 20, 2016. Discussed with owner that we can do it asa standalone job or to save money when we have another job in the area. We also agreed that he hadplenty of time, as this was a wood stove and...

it was still July. Estimate was prepared and left on propertyfor review.* We did not hear from client again until August 10th, 2016 telling us he wants to do the work and will besending in paperwork and deposit. We received signed paperwork/contract on August 15, 2016 almost amonth later.*  Since that time we have received calls from Mr. [redacted] on 8/24/16, 8/31/16, 09/07/16, and 09/09/16,wanting to know when job would be completed, every time we explained to him that it has not beenscheduled because we are trying to schedule it with another job in his area (on numerous occasions wereminded him that this was our way to keep his set up costs down as discussed when we gave hisestimate).* 09/09/16 we realized that we could not meet his demands; we returned his deposit with a cover letter.* On 09/14/16 Mr. [redacted] called, we explained to him that we mailed deposit back because we could notmeet his schedule.We went out of our way to keep the price down for our customer and kept in constant contact and when wecouldn't meet the customers' timeline, we retumed his deposit in advance. Our Customers are veryimportant to us, and we try very hard to take care of our customers in a timely manner and regret that theclient felt any disrespect from us. We would be happy to start over again and give an updated estimate to doit as a standalone job or as it was already given to do with another job in the area.Respectfully submitted, David K[redacted]
