Review: Upon arrival to this hotel on September 6, 2013 a Bellman opened a car door very hard into the side of my car causing three dents and major paint damage. The hotel said they would not charge for the room, and later; 2 weeks posted the room charge of $441.29 I have called 11 times and sent several e-mails, with no response.Desired Settlement: Refund my credit card for $441.29
