Review: I have stayed at Loews hotel from June 1st-4th. at Loews [redacted].

My clothes went MISSING from my ROOM on 2nd. I asked to receptionist various times to check on the maids, but they were not able to speak to the maids who cleaned my room, so I also spoke to the manager, and she told me she will CREDIT me back if they cannot locate my clothes. So I got her business card, and left. BUT when I left, The security Manager called then told me he did not find anything.

Since then, The have been ignoring my Emails and Calls. I would like to get the credit back of my stay there as she promised.Desired Settlement: I would like the refund of my stay there from June 1st-4th as the manager promised that she will credit me back if they cannot find my clothes.
