Review: I stayed at the resort hotel in Tucson AZ, and I have to say it was the worst experience I have ever had at a resort! I had to move rooms twice due to issues in the room and technical issues related with those. Both times my room was filthy and I have photos which I can provide of such. I spoke with the [redacted] who was on duty at the time and he indicated to me that he would compensate me half of my bill for my inconvenience, which did NOT happen. After I noticed that our verbal agreement was not fully honored both my husband and I attempted to reach the ** who has yet to return our call or msgs.

I am not pleased and expected more!

The only pleasurable experience I had was my dinner and massage, my entire stay.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund for all of my issues and having to chase the staff around to discuss service issues to no avail. Absurdity such as what I experienced will prevent me from ever visiting another Loews location.

Review: I checked into the Loew's Atlanta hotel on April ** for a one night stay. At check in I used my debit card which is what I used to secure the room earlier in the week. I was not made aware of the $100 hold that would be put on the debit card because I'd used a debit card. I called the front desk and this was then told to me in addition that the hold would be released 3-5 business days after the stay. I stayed at the same hotel last year around this time and don't recall experiencing this. The hold is still on my funds and today I was told that for debit cards, the hold is even longer. It does not in this day and age take this long to process refunds or release holds. Had I been informed about the hold and the actual length of time it would have taken to be done with this situatio, I would have used another means of paying for the room and not by debit card. I would like to have the release expedited. I am long gone from the hotel without incident.Desired Settlement: I would like to have my funds released. I've already paid for my night's stay. There's no need for my coins to be held. Took seconds to put the hold on seems like 24-48 hours is more than enough time.
