admitted he did not know his agent Mandy showed us the house again Sunday night and agreed to our offer and agreed to go to the office Monday morning to write up the agreed upon contract to sell us the house. Everyone around town is telling me about the issue and how Mandy screwed us out if a deal pronised was ours. If this is how a Beoker / Pwner handles his business he should not be allowed to own a business and his agent should be fired. He promised to speak with her and the owners but only took her side because he did not read all evidence we had proving she agreed to our offer until we reported it to Revdex.com, Attorney General and Louisiana State Board but still has not tried to do the right ethical thing . 
At this time, I have not been contacted by Loescher Realty regarding complaint ID 12561496.
