Review: I bought a 2015 Toyota 4 runner from Lodi Toyota in Lodi California, and after 2 moths I notice and issue on the body I contacted my sales rep, he told I have warranty bumper to bumper so I could take it at any Toyota dealer .. I took it to Stockton Toyota , it came to my surprise when they told me they can't fix it because that car was previously involved in a accident,,, I eminently contact my sales rep , which came to his surprise also he wasn't aware of that situation , he told me don't worry bring it to us and will help you. When I went to Lodi Toyota I spoke to the manager and ask why they sold me a vehicle that was involved in a accident and never told me about it,, I was never told off that matter, neither the sales rep . So the manager froze for a second and then said that yes he told me and that I had sign a car fax report ,,, which I know they never show me no paper, I demanded the paper which one they toke a while to come back from there office and when they did they show me a copy a the car fax wich it had my suppose signature on it but I know for a fact that I dint sign that paper , I ask for the original document they said no, which that copy look like it was a copy signature , And even the sales rep dint know that the car was in previous accident , I did some research and found that every dealer should tell you , or show you a car fax up front before signing any papers, which in my case I was never told about that situation,,, if I would known up front I would off considered buying the car because I paid a good amount,,, Thanks for your timeDesired Settlement: I want the car to be totally repair and evaluate what's worth after being in accident and adjust the price I paid for it.

Thank you for your email. the customer purchased the car in January 2016 and signed a original [redacted] report which clearly shows car had a accident. We sell 50 plus used cars a month and each car has a [redacted] that is clearly signed by all customers. The vehicle does have a 3 year 36k comprehensive warranty from Toyota. We would be happy to refer the customer to our affiliated Body Shop which is Certified Collision and we will inform them to charge as low as possible for any repairs. We disclose everything clearly to avoid these surprises and I appreciate your email. We value each customer and would like to help but we cannot do any repairs for free.
