objection is to a $39.66 food and beverage charge on the reservation. As you'll note in thecommunication the total amount of $3582.78 was communicated to Mr. [redacted] which included this$39.66 food and beverage charge. Mr. [redacted] contends that he did not authorize this charge althoughit was included in the total charges from his guest. You will also note in the communication that werequested a separate form of payment from Mr. [redacted] on February 4th for the food and beveragecharge which was never provided. Mr. [redacted] indicated that he was unable to provide a method ofpayment for his guest's food and beverage charge and he requested that this charge be removed and/orcomp'd.Although we do not agree with Mr. [redacted] that we should remove this $39.66 charge we did elect to doso at our own discretion, please see attached guest folio indicating a refund on April 21st. It looks therefund processed seven days prior to the date that your first communication was written.I am sure that there was just an error in timing that Mr. [redacted] had not realized the refund had gonethrough at the time he contacted you.
