I called based on the website service call rate of $19.99 when the technician showed up a half hour later than stated looked at the vehicle for 30 seconds to tell us that they could not do the job then charged $30.00 stated that was company policy. Technician was rude did not give a receipt for the service call and drove away. After five phone calls to the company to complain about the service call all I got was the royal run around and they would not refund my money and kept hanging up on me. Total unprofessional do not contact for any service. Worst ever experience.

This is the most dishonest company, they quote you one price and charge you more the double, destroy the lock and would not replace it. I should have looked at the reviews. They told me 99 dollars on the phone, he tried to charge me $200. I've dealt with dozens of locksmiths over the years, this was the worst experience I've ever had. Do not under any circumstance use this company. There is way too many options out there for you to get lied to by this dishonest group of people.
