Review: Company was to unlock front door and instead used a metal object and banged the lock open, damaging the new door.

on 8/4/13 I contacted the company through the number 916-877-4286 that they had advertised on craigslist. they sent out a technitian to help open our front door that we were locked out of. On the phone I was told a 5 pin lock open would be $60 and when he came he said it was $160. He wrote out the invoice and told me to sign. I signed but not where it said work was completed and ok as it was not even done yet, but he said I had to sign before he started. He tried to pick the lock for about 15 minutes and then put in some sort of air pump object and a metal pry tool and began banging hard. I have a photo of him doing this. He said he wasn't supposed to do this but hopefully it would work. After about 5 minutes of banging he got the lock to open and the door was open. In doing this he damaged the door and the trip around the door pretty bad. These were brand new doors. Desired Settlement: A full refund of the $160 so that I an repair the door and replace the trim.
