Hi there,Sorry for the late response.after we investigate the complaint with my tech that has been on site, I understand that the locks on [redacted] front door was not a pick-able lock.mean the only way to unlock it is from the inside or drill it, now drill it will require us to install a new lock on top of the labor of drilling, Of course if we talking after hours like 11pm at night, we can't leave you with no lock on your front door.My tech understand the situation its not a cheap story and defiantly toke it forward and try to help [redacted] by unlocking it from the inside.We are not suppose to jump thru windows, but what will you do to help a customer?Because of that situation we should or should not helping a customer by jumping thru the window, We will take responsibility and will refund 50% of the billAlso the remaining of the 50% will be refund as a good faith as soon as all reviews that was publishing by [redacted] will be completely remove.Regards,Barak H**Locksmith Monkey
We were out of town on vacation when he called, we told him we would take care of it when we got backSince I have been back we have attempted to contact the consumer but have not been able to, and we would be happy to resolve the problem right away
