The first time the unauthorized draft occurred, I was not refunded my money I would feel much better about marking this complaint as resolved if there were policy changes put in place so this does not happen to other families This can seriously impact a family's finances, as it did mine in December when my rent was late due to the unauthorized withdrawal Please have the company put into place safeguards for others, such as the option to not include bank account or credit card information and/or pay via check or money order only I did not have this option If I had, I may not have had so many issues
