Locksmith for Less

I called this company at 8:30 pm when my friend who drove in from out of town locked her keys in the car. I asked if they took cash and they stated yes. The man came out and opened the door in the pitch black. He charged her $125. She asked for a receipt, he said he had none, so he took someone else’s receipt and marked thru the name. The next morning when she went to leave her house for an appt. after not getting home till 2:30am, she saw where her window was no longer flush with the back window, her front window was sticking out. I called for her since I’m the one who called this place and spoke to a Jennifer Lobella who told me she was the manager. She said she could not do anything till she sent her pictures. My friend sent her pics and a picture of the receipt. She NEVER called her back, blocked her number and my number. I called from a different number and she said it’s the guy WHO THEY SENT OUT THERE his problem. SHE REFUSED TO LET ME SPEAK TO THE OWNER AND HUNG UP ON ME. My friend cannot even take it to her insurance company because of the messed up receipt they won’t take it. That young girl needs to learn some customer service skills, and IF SHE IS a manager how to talk like one. I will make sure all my friends in Virginia Beach know not to call them. According to “The Manager” they are not liable for who they send out does.to someone’s car to mess it up. But refusing to call a customer back, blocking our phone numbers yelling at me, you can tell she has no managerial skills or customer service skills. So if you use them and they mess up your car your just out of luck. SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE USE A MORE REPUTABLE BUSINESS.
