Review: Had business come and install lock on entrance door of my apt. Job was done and lock operated correctly. But the lock mechanism is not sitting in the door properly. Contacted business to have tech come back out to make adjustments. The person claiming to be the owner instructed me to text him pictures of the installation, which I did and he would get back to me. He never did. I contacted the business additionally two more time and was informed that the message would be passed on to the owner, still no contact. Installation was performed on 8/**/13 and it is now 8/**/13. Business is not honoring 90 day warranty policy as stated on billing receipt. I still have the pictures I took on my cell phone also.Desired Settlement: Would like the business to come back and properly set the lock in the door properly. If that can not be done then I want compensation of a partial refund.
