Lockheed Martin Corporation

My father, ***, is a computer engineer for Lockheed Martin and has been enrolling me in their company's health insurance plan for the past 3 years without my permission. I am 25 years old. I understand I am allowed to be under a parent's insurance until age 26, but I have never given my consent for such health insurance. I have had my own health insurance for the years prior to 2016 and I have had to forfeit my independence for my father's benefit. The reason I have to report this is that I have not had contact with my father in years. My father's alcoholism for years had finally driven him to reveal the other families he had and the double life he had been living since my childhood. Despite these personal circumstances, I today do not even know where my father resides. He is known for his fraudulent behavior, especially that of concerning taxes and I know he continues to keep me on his insurance plan for similar tax benefits. Further, this allows him access to my medical information which is a violation of my HIPAA rights. By not allowing me to remove myself from this healthcare plan or Lockheed refusing to speak to me, Lockheed is facilitating my father's fraudulent IRS claims. Since 2013, I have had multiple attempts in getting contact with Lockheed Martin's benefits program without success. They are high security and cannot speak to me without his permission. As a result, I had taken action and was in contact with *** Fraud and Abuse (the insurance is now ***), which resulted in a dead end over time. I further have been in contact with the Attorney General of MA and submitted claims to the Department of Justice. I am a medical professional required to have a flu shot. I currently reside in Florida and cannot get a flu shot due to the above circumstances. Please let me know if you need any of the messages I have in writing with *** Fraud and Abuse. Thank you, ***.
