We moved into our house in the fall of 1999 in [redacted] It had regular hot air furnace which was quite inadequate. My father in law suggested Lockhart Industries to install a geothermal heating and cooing system. This was done shortly after we moved in. Initially, we had doubts because of the initial cost for our 3800 sq. ft three story house. However, it became immediately apparent that we had cut our heating bill in half, plus we had air conditioning for at least 2 months in the summer. The system works perfectly, requires little maintenance. Lockhart Industries visits twice a year to check on the machine. We are very happy with the service.
