The customer who filed this complaint DID create a profile for our site when he voted on two different polls created by *** *** (http://dailycaller.com/), one about *** *** and
the other about *** *** He used his own personal email address with Charter.com to do soWe would have deleted his profile immediately had he simply sent an email to our support staff and asked us to do so
