Hello, In response to the complaint about our 24/access door system not being reliable: 1) Management has been in touch with window companies, getting quotes on a new window that does not have tintAlthough it still works with the tinted glass, some members have not been trained to hold
their key fob in the correct position to scan through the glass. 2) When a member who pays an extra cost for 24/access has issues and let's management know about the issue, we have been more than willing to research the issue and offer a credit to their account. 3) The scanner is currently located feet from the door handleOnce scanned in, the door remains unlocked for secondsWe will extend that time to 8-seconds if possible. 4) Lastly, we want our 24/access system to be as reliable as possible and will take all the necessary steps to do so
