I left two voicemails and sent two emails to the information listed on the I was sent a different pump motor on invoice *** and have heard nothing from your company. I am anxious to get my well irrigation system going . Thanks to the rain, my lawn has not been damaged yet. Please call me or text me at*** with the anticipated date to receive the correct equipment. The invoice pump is the right one, the one received is not 22ov , but is instead 110v. I was so happy to receive it that I installed it before noticing that the cord was a 110v. My outlet is 220v. The order was correct as was the invoice and I believe it was a picking error that can be easily solved. Please also send instructions on how to return the wrong pump sent in error. It arrived on Friday June 4th and I tried to install it on Saturday June 5th. The original order was very prompt.
I ordered the pump on Thursday May 28 and it is now Thursday June 11...2 weeks after the order was received.
I understand that the CoronaVirus Covid 19 has created a number of problems, but the first pump arrived promptly, but no one has had the decency to respond to my situation and it will cause me to work with my Visa card to have the charge reversed.
I wish to have the 220v pump sent and I will return the 110v. I need the replacement by next weekend June 19 at the latest. I do not want to make an issue over this and am willing to talk to a representative which I have not been able to do for two weeks.

We finally connected and resolved our problem.
Received refurbished pump. That was advertised as new. Contacted customer service 5 times with false Info giving to me Everytime.
Refurb product when advertised as new. Called 5 times to try and g t product shipped. Kept giving me new shipping numberbfor tracking that wasn't correct. Had to install pump because been without for 3 weeks because of there process. Otherwise would have returned. Gave me a number of excuses Everytime I called.
Had to change life in great ways not being able to use water at home for 3 weeks. Used neighbors and family until finally received refurbished product

This customer purchased a new pump from us and was sent a new pump. We do not show any correspondence from this customer about a refurbished pump. He ordered 2 items and were shipped with 2 different tracking numbers. The first we've heard about this complaint was from the Revdex.com voicemail, in which we have been researching this. We do not and have not ever sold refurbished items as new.

We purchase in October 2017 a water pump system Aquavar 2 AB Controller 3 stage pump by Gould also came with small bladder tank (3 components total). We have written complaints of first a dented bladder tank (in the mail or sent in such condition) Second our pump man working on system tried the controller box with blinked 56 times times three in an hour and then shut off. Blinking means it's a defective controller box which is Aquavar2 ABll. Numerous times we have filed online complaints with no response and talked on the phone with Ken T a representative of Locke Well and Pump, Florida. He said he had sent a new tank to us and he would find the tracking number and let us know. This was false. He didn't ever send the bladder tank(part of the package deal) and our pump guy said the tank wouldn't hold pressure after being damaged. We sent pictures to the company to show dent in tank. After numerous contacts and no reply we called again and got no response. This company sent us defective components and have made no relief possible. Our warranty would certainly be implied and would be in affect until next October. We seek to get a new 2AB Aquavar Controller ll from them at the least. We would like a new bladder tank as well although if they would send a controller box We would be happy. All of our well system is in we built water lines, pump sheds, tanks and everything is in place. Please, please send a new box. Ken Thompson the representative for Locke Well and Pump needs not to tell us all he's doing for us when he wont send replacement parts. We will gladly send back whatever they request and trade for replacement just let us know. Ticket #***

Our bladder tank came with 2 psi and needs replacement. Our well guy put into the tank 40 psi and it didnt hold. Looks
to be a small dent upon arrival which may be the reason
although dont know.

Resolution please supply us with a replacement 2Aquavar ABll controller box we would be happy.
The Company has sent us a replacement part so we would like to report the case closed or should be. We had a time getting what should automatically be replaced but now can fix the problem with our three phase Gould Pump system bought from Locke Well and Pump in Orlando Florida. Thanks to all for being there to help us (Revdex.com).
