LockAway Storage

In Jan 30, 2020 we went to our storage unit to retrieve all of our items as we were moving into a home. We found that our unit had been broken into and our lock had been replaced. We grabbed the district manager (***) to our unit and he sawed the lock off. He took pictures and was supposed to file a report for payment through the insurance we had been paying, as well as a police report.
On numerous occasions, I tried getting into contact with *** as I was told repeatedly that he was the only one who could give me information to my insurance claim. I was told in the 3 times I was able to get a hold of him that 1. he would call me back 2. my claim was being processed and I should be receiving that payment within a few days. I could never get a hold of him after that so I sent an email into the company to complain. The next day I was told *** was fired because of numerous issues but 1 being he never filed peoples claims. I had to file a new police report and insurance claim. I was told that I should have my check in 3 weeks. It has since been 3 weeks and I cannot get the New manager to contact me so I can get the information. The staff refuse to give the number to the DM so I can directly contact him and customer service is of no use.
