In April Lockaway Storage Facility Company bought out the owners of our storage facility located at *** ** *** ** *** **On April 18th I was asked to come to the office to fill out a new contract for my two storage units and one parking spotI have ft x ft units
Attached is a copy of the top portion of my contractIt shows that my current residence is *** *** *** Cibolo, TXMy old address was *** *** *** *** Schertz, TX
On June 4th I recieved my first notice advicing me that my rate of $would be increased to $on July 01, This letter was sent to my old address of *** *** *** *** Schertz, TxIt was then forwarded to my address in Cibolo, TxOn June 6th I received the second notice for my other storage unit and my parking spot
I looked up the new prices for the smaller storage unitsThe new prices of the smaller did not increase at the rate of the larger unitsThis is unfair to renters of the
