Ms. [redacted] was also given a copy of our "GUIDELINES FOR STORAGE AT THE LOCK UP" at the time of rental, which states "FREE ONE-TIME use of the Lock Up truck to MOVE INTO a new storage unit is allowed within the first 2 weeks after renting your unit. $250 deposit is required. Truck may not be used to move out."
