Lock Doc

I asked the business owner if he'd install two-dead bolt locks and he said yes. He made an appointment, but did not come. When I called he said he forgot. He seemed quite surly. He did come 2 hours later, and
although he said he'd install the dead-bolts and his mobile van advertises residential, business, and auto, when he arrived he said
he no longer does that kind of work although a week before he said he did. He told us to go to home depot, but parts and put it on ourselves.
This was really disappointing and unprofessional in my opinion.
