We received this notification recently from [redacted] Her purchase of the Jeep Patriot on 05/09/ Regarding the whole body frame being replaced because of rust is inaccurate This specific vehicle has a K-member sub frame that Chrysler Jeep and Dodge had problems with This unit after further inspection had a very small hole beginning to show Immediately upon hearing of this, We purchased a rust free replacement part and made arrangements for a Qualified Tech to remove and reinstall the new part The customer was given a replacement vehicle to drive while this repair took place We have also attached the document that would allow the customer to rescind the purchase In speaking with [redacted] this afternoon while she was picking up the Jeep, she said that her complaint was premature and made with more emotion than anything else She also told us that she was planning on retracting the complaint this afternoon.We go to great lengths to try to make all of our customers have a great experience and we hope in moving forward this will make [redacted] one of the thousands of Lock Customers that are satisfied with their experience [redacted] Manager Lock Auto
