Per our conversation and your request, following, is Loch Dental Care's suitable solution for the complainant; as we are happy to resolve this matter and help the Patient. Every Dentist may have a different opinion for treatment regardless of locationThe complainant received different
opinions at Loch DentalHowever, had the Patient received those opinions at separate dental locations, this matter may not seem so alarmingThat said, we are happy to resolve the issue by refunding *** Dental the revenue amount received for restorations by Loch Dental for teeth numbered, 1, 2, 3, 4. We feel this is the cleanest and most direct way of bringing closure to this issue for treatment rendered and for future treatment elsewhere.
