Very Poor Business Practices ,,

Keith M., came to my home to sign the Adv agreement, it was not printed in my companies name, he crossed off the exciting company and wrote mine in, CLUE, what they do is take a picture of your business card and place it on screens in local business's. There is a $100 set up fee, I paid, asked him to write down and sign off on receiving the money. They don't take checks CLUE, so he writes "PAYED CASH" true that is what this businessman wrote CLUE, the monthly cost is $90 and my contract states it will be shown in 3 locations.. The add started in early June, I received no calls to this day from it, NONE, I went to one of the locations to check, the monitor was off, when it did go on I did not see my ad, I called Keith no answer NO REPLY, I sent and Email, no reply, I then, as per the agreement, sent in writing a 30 day notice to cancel the Ad, NO REPLY to the email or letter I sent another email asking for acknowledgement of receipt of the notice, NO REPLY. also I was over billed on my first month charged $100. when the "service" is $90. I was told he would credit it the following month.
I am now waiting to see if he charges my credit card again, if so I will file a claim on here and file at the court house a small claims suite.
