[redacted] entered into a month service agreement with Black Cat Disposal Ltd on Feb 22, for pick up of mixed solid waste from their location at [redacted] ABBlack Cat Disposal serviced the bin on schedule, even providing extra service when called by the complainant even though their bill went from +days, then into the 61-day and finally days overdue category without any payment.Black Cat Disposal attempted to contact the customer several times, the phone number came back as out of service.On two separate (July & July ) occasions the owner of [redacted] called and promised to attend the Black Cat Disposals office and pay his bill and requested extra pick ups, which Black Cat obliged [redacted] did not show up to pay their billIn fact, now there was zero communication with the customer via phone call, text or emailThe customer informed Black Cat Disposal that he was breaking his contract [redacted] Black Cat Disposal agreed to release him from his contract, under the condition the invoice was paid in fullBlack Cat Disposal also said it would forgo it's right to liquidated damages for early termination of contract as the customers business is strugglingThursday Aug 11, Black Cat Disposal, still awaiting payment, attended the customers location to re position the bin for removal the following dayUpon attending the site we discovered the customer had filled the bin again, even though there was already a competitors bin on siteThe customer was informed they needed to empty the bin before it would be removed, as we are not incurring any more disposal costs with this customerThe customer emptied the bin and Black Cat Disposal removed the bin on Aug 15, The customer agreed to a payment plan proposed by Black Cat Disposal and was informed as long as they honored the plan agreed to, liquidated damages for the terminated contract would not be pursuedBlack Cat Disposal feels that this situation has been rectified in the best interest of both parties

complainant even though their bill went from +30 days, then into the 61-90 day and finally 120 days overdue category without any payment.Black Cat Disposal attempted to contact the customer several times, the phone number came back as out of service.On two separate (July 12 & July 18 ) occasions the owner of [redacted] called and promised to attend the Black Cat Disposals office and pay his bill and requested extra pick ups, which Black Cat obliged. [redacted] did not show up to pay their bill. In fact, now there was zero communication with the customer via phone call, text or email. The customer informed Black Cat Disposal that he was breaking his contract [redacted]. Black Cat Disposal agreed to release him from his contract, under the condition the invoice was paid in full.
