Horrible..Will not honor cancellation email and phone call. continue to bill me for cancelled services. Claim "they can't issue a refund". Keep sighting date technicalities which I am in compliance with.
Refused to give me their mailing address over the phone.

Once you start using them you can't get rid of them.

I started using this company for facebook advertising in early 2019. I told them up front I would try it for a few months to see if I got anything out of it. In November I sent an email to cancel and they replied that I had to call in to cancel. I did call in November and stated their service did nothing for me and wanted to cancel immediately. The next day I received a call from a man trying to keep my business. I explained that it had not been effective for me and I did not want to continue and did not want to billed by them again. He begged me to stay and then told me to stay on for another month...at no charge because they had inhanced the system. I told him I would take a month at no charge but did not want to be billed anymore. With that I thought it had been communicated that I did not want to be charged from them again. Now, they are calling repeatedly saying I did not "cancel" their service, that I had to call and cancel "again" after the free month. I have repeated told them that I do not want to continue with their service. I just read another email from them that stated I had to call them and verbally cancel 7 days prior to February 11th. What do I have to do to stop them from calling me and trying to charge me again or hold me responsible after I thought it had been canceled?
