Dear Revdex.com and Customer,We have received the customer's complaint We want you to know that we take such complaints very seriously Our business depends upon our ability to provide ongoing value to our customers We apologize for any frustration experienced by the customerHowever,
we disagree with some of the claims made by the customer in the complaintFor example, the customer states that for seven months we provided no services or value to him In fact, we created Online Directory listings for the customer, which were Optimized month to have listings Active on those directories Those listings include Google, Bing, Yahoo, Insider Pages, Yelp, Manta, Super Pages, Local.com, Merchant Circle, Kudzu, Hotfrog, BrownBook, Yellow Pages, City Squares, Yellow Book, and NSphereI've attached several screen shot examples of these listings below. Second, the customer states that we promised to get his company's listing onto the first page of Google's results within months While we strive to get every customer's listing on the first page of Google's search results, it is impossible to guarantee such results because that depends on many factors that are beyond our control Typically, it takes at least months to see any results in this area. After reviewing the call, the agent that spoke with the customer was clear not to guarantee such results. Despite providing the services described above, we spoke with customer recently and closed his account and refunded the seventh month's fee as a gesture of goodwill given the lack of Google results At this time, I have spoken with our customer service team and instructed them to reach out to the customer again and offer another refund of a month's fee as gesture of goodwill We hope this resolves the matter satisfactorily We again apologize for the frustration experienced by the customerPlease let us know if anything further is needed from us.Sincerely,Spencer H***Associate In-House Counsel
