Owner did not stand by one year warranty on product and hardwood installation.Owner promised a one year warranty on the hardwood installation, and any problems with the wood. Owner asked for payment up front for the purchase of the hardwood. I was told it was purchased at [redacted]'s. The wood was purchased from a company that was going out of business. The hardwood installed was defective, and the owner would not come to inspect the issue, or pull up and replace the boards. Also, the owner was paid for additional work that was never completed. Desired SettlementRefund the total cost of the hardwood.
