Review: This company has the worst customer service of any business in Yuba City. We had an appointment @ 0900 they called at 0920 to let us know she was running late but we would still get the 2 hours we paid for. Then we get a phone call from the office saying that we gave them the wrong address and that we would lose 30 min of driver training because their GPS took them to the wrong address. I have copies of mail I receive at my address which is the exact one I gave them. So they arrived at 0952 so 52 min late to begin with and then dropped her off at 1120 so basically they charge me full price for the training and we received less than an hour and a half. When I asked for a discount due to the fact we didn't receive the full 2 hours because their employee was lost they refused. The lady [redacted] that works the phone was rude and unprofessional very argumentative and refused to help us even though their employee made the mistake. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. Very unprofessional and poor customer service.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive a partial refund due to the fact that we paid for 2 hours and barely got an hour and half due to the mistake of their employee.
