I current receive My internet service from Pioneer Broadband via a wireless antenna on the outside of the houseThey do not offer their other services such as *** or *** *** cable on my roadmy internet speeds are downloads of 0.5mb/s and uploads of 0.25mb/sCustomers with *** *** get Down and up speeds of 1gb/sHowever I am paying the same price for much inferior serviceThey are unwilling or unable to upgrade my infostructure even though I'm within miles from their office or give me my service at a lower rate in line wit hthe quality of the service I am receiving
I have been getting the run around and lied to about service, pioneer broadband has told me they ordered parts but has lied and has not ordered any parts to fix the signal problem and I heard that there are others in my line of sight that has the same problem and they Are refusing to credit my account till they fix the problem BUT if there is no fix then why have they not refunded my money!!! Please help me get this worked out!!
