Review: I dined in here on my lunch break during work on 03/**/2015. After I finished eating, I asked for the bill. It looked fine on the receipt and it was the amount I expected. I gave the waiter my credit card and after he slid my card on the register, he returns to my table giving me back my card and an iPad to optionally offer tip. Before doing so, I saw that I was charged $42.42 so I went up to a cashier and questioned her. She then explained that he charged me the wrong amount. So, I asked if I could get a refund and they told me that my record of transaction isn't in the system. Then they offered free meals for me. I became extremely frustrated, because they not only charged that much, but they also charged me for my actual transaction. I was broke afterwards and the [redacted] took down my name, phone number and the last 4 digits of my credit card and said it'd take 1-2 days until they money gets returned to my card. It has already been 2 days now and I haven't gotten it back. I can't believe this. They also admitted to me that that wasn't the first time that happened so I started to feel suspicious.Desired Settlement: I just want my $42.42 back.
