Review: I was in need of a quick loan so I went to the above business and secured a title loan. These are 60 day loans with 2 installments. I was late by 1 day on my first installment and they forced me to re-finance the entire balance. I read the contract afterwards and found that no where in the contract does it state I would be required to re-finance. Instead it states along the lines of a late fee of $15.00 or a percentage (whichever is greater) up to 10 days after due date then the loan would default. It is clear these people inside the store are commission or bonus based and get paid based on amount of contracts. I feel this is a scam that basically takes peoples money and uses their own property to make them do so.I also called Integrity, which is their loan company that issues the money, they told me that "it was up to the location" when I complained to them about this re-finance scheme. I have no complaint in making my required payments but now I have paid an extra 100+ dollars in fee's and interest so someone in the store can notch another sale under there belt.Desired Settlement: I have made a first payment of $106.22 (the day late in January), they forced me to re-finance so I made a payment of $97.00 in February and now I made a final payment of $288.58. All this on a $250.00 loan. I feel the first payment, which should of been accepted rather then used to be a "downpayment" on re-finance, be refunded to me for the amount of $106.22.
Review: They will not honor an agreement we had and wr kept paying and nothing ever comes off the bill.Desired Settlement: To be free of any more payments or to make one more and be clear if it.
