Review: I have a loan with this company that I pay on the First of each month as the contract stated. Received a phone call and message that my loan was due on the First of Feb on Jan 28 2015 On Jan 30 2015 I notice a amount of 25.74 deducted from my checking account . I contacted the company why this was deducted when the payment is not due till Feb 1 2015 no explaination according to the manager [redacted]. Told him I am paying this loan offDesired Settlement: I want this company to destroy my file both on his hard drive and my paper file in his Long Neck Office on [redacted] He refuse to destroy the files. I do not want any of their employees to have this information on me. This company should have their business license revoked in the state of Delaware

Review: This all begain about 10 months ago I Borrowed $260 from loan till payday , job hours decreased and was not able to pay so I was paying in $60 dollars incliments. then decided to file bankrupcy becouse of other bill.my layer name is [redacted] she got a call from Brian from loan till payday he told her he was going to take out of my account but she advise me to shut down the account now they are calling my job threating me, after Human Resorces told them not call my place of business, also they were taking out of my account for more than 5 months with out me knowing it , my bank informed me once I notice money missing,[redacted] ,those are the names givin at my employment , they also no about the bankrupcy becouse I and my layer told them....Desired Settlement: accept the bankrupcy or stop calling my employer , they can call my cell phone as much as they like until this thing is resolvedThank you [redacted]

Based off of my OWN personal experience with Loan Till Payday, I would not recommend anyone using this business for their title loan service they provide. I feel the company has been extremely unprofessional for the majority of my experiences with them and their interest rates are extremely high compared to other title loan companies in the surrounding area. My opion is solely based off of my own personal experiences.
