First of all I would like to apologize for the delayed response, the e-mails went to my junk mail I am appalled at Loaf-N-Jug's response First of all, [redacted] made the mistake [redacted] asked to wire money, and he put it on a prepaid card [redacted] admits she asked to wire money, but fails to point out what [redacted] did is a completely different operation She continually points out our hostility, but fails to say that from the time the error happened to the time she got involved , we had over phone calls and over man hours trying to get the money back, doing everything her store and Western Union Told us to do She states we have been hostile, but at this time we have well over phone calls and I would estimate over hundred man hours trying to get this money I told her weeks ago when this started, no one would follow up on this, and here we sit with no resolution I also noticed she said this would be resolved in 4-weeks, and it has been The lies that have been stated to the Revdex.com, to my self, and to [redacted] have been rampant To give you an example, I called [redacted] on 6/27/and she said she wasn't handling it any more and hasn't followed up in a couple of weeks But did not have anyone call me, nor tell me who was It appears it just stopped To start with I need the $immediately, and some kind of compensation for aggravation, time, late fees, or interest should be done
Re: Complaint # [redacted] Thomas contacted me again on at approximately 4:45pm, Friday This happens to be his time to call which provides its own challenges I informed him that I uplined this to stronger hands than mine in both Loaf 'N Jug and Western Union to get resolution Not that I absolve myself from the situation This matter will be resolved within three business days [redacted] (the customer) gave [redacted] (the associate) the four digit code as to where to put the money The code is what was incorrect We are a third party in this matter and had to wait on the response from Western Union Thank you [redacted]

e-mails went to my junk mail. I am appalled at Loaf-N-Jug's response. First of all, [redacted] made the mistake. [redacted] asked to wire money, and he put it on a prepaid card. [redacted] admits she asked to wire money, but fails to point out what [redacted] did is a completely different operation. She continually points out our hostility, but fails to say that from the time the error happened to the time she got involved , we had over 45 phone calls and over 35 man hours trying to get the money back, doing everything her store and Western Union Told us to do. She states we have been hostile, but at this time we have well over 100 phone calls and I would estimate over 2 hundred man hours trying to get this money. I told her 8 weeks ago when this started, no one would follow up on this, and here we sit with no resolution.
I also noticed she said this would be resolved in 4-6 weeks, and it has been 8. The lies that have been stated to the Revdex.com, to my self, and to [redacted] have been rampant. To give you an example, I called [redacted] on 6/27/2014 and she said she wasn't handling it any more and hasn't followed up in a couple of weeks. To start with I need the $640 immediately, and some kind of compensation for aggravation, time, late fees, or interest should be done.
Manager "[redacted]" is very rude and obviously cannot handle the basic needs of the customer. I am 40 years old and upon entering the store #24 in Colorado city to purchase tobacco I am carded (which is no problem and flattering) and she determines my state issued I.D. is damaged and refuses the sale loudly and obnoxiosly in front of other customers while explaining to me (loudly) her position as manager dictates her refusal to sell tobacco to me. I am surprised my grey hair didn't give her the basic thought that I am indeed not under the age of 18 and am not running an altered identification scam to purchase tobacco. Needless to say she obviously was behaving in a malicious manner to me on purpose just to show me (for what reason unknown) that she was in charge. After 20+ years of happy and positive shopping at many loaf n jugs I am sad to say I will never return to any of these stores until [redacted] is properly trained to do her job. She ruined my day.
