I’m not sure as to why Gina filed a complaint with the Revdex.com on March when she was contacted on the same date that she would be receiving a full refund.I had conversations with her regarding the incident and after having a discussing with the the manufacturers security team on March 28th we were
able to narrow down what happen. This is a very sensitive issue, one that in in over years I have never seen, Yes it took some time day’s to be exact however I don’t find this to be unreasonable considering what she claimed happened I’ve never seen plus the fact that Gina was informed along the wayShe was issued a refund of $on March 28th which she picked up at the store
