We have learned from this bad experience and in the future we will be much more prudent when dispensing delivery information. Our goal for the future is to under promise and over deliver. In other words promise the worst case scenario and do better.
We offered [redacted] some free product to ease the pain.

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution was more than satisfactory to me. I have received the parts in the mail, and I will consider this complaint resolved. I felt that the representative at Loaded was very understanding of the reason I was frustrated with how everything was initially handled. I appreciated that they made the effort to actually call me personally, not just to respond to the email. This was exactly the kind of service I was looking for in the beginning.
Best Regards,

Review: On January 3rd of 2014 I ordered and paid for carbon fiber handlebars, from loaded precision, through my local bike store. I use that store because I personally know the people doing the ordering. We called Loaded and they told us that it would be 3 weeks until they could deliver the handle bars. I was ok with that and continued the order/purchase. 4 weeks passed and we hadn't heard anything it received the item. At this point we called and were told that they were still back ordered and they would be delivered following week. The following week they were not delivered and the company did not call letting us know there was any sort of problem. At this point we called again and were once again promised that they would be delivered the following week. This process continued for an entire three months following the initial order. Loaded performance never once made an initiative to call and tell anyone that there was a problem. They were also extremely uncooperative and never once tried to offer any other product or any way to resolve the problem. This is a completely unacceptable way to do business. There is no reason anyone should wait three months for a product without any sort of resolution. I have no idea how much longer it would have taken until I received my handle bars, because I canceled my order. One of the thing that frustrated me most was the fact that they have been advertising the same product all over the internet the entire time, even though they apparently have no way of filling any orders.Desired Settlement: I feel that a significant discount on a purchase would be the least that they could offer after this three month long debacle.
