Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted]. .
I do not feel comfortable giving my personal address to the lady of business. However I do want my refund. She is ignoring the fact that the server was smoking. My family and I all saw with our eyes. The smell of smoke from his breath and hands after smoking is disgusting. That is unprofessional and unsanitary. I also have the right to comment and rate how my experience went on a public website. I reserve that right. Her unacknowlegement of what is going on in her own business is unsatisfying. I hope other customers do not get the same experience as my family and I did. Hopefully I do not get sick from the server not washing his hands after touching our plates. It's a real concern for our health and safety. Adding gratutity after asking her to take it off (which I have the right legally to ask) and her refusing is unacceptable. I reserve my right as a customer to follow the law.
