customer brought in vehicle and was found that thermostat housing was cracked , customer has extended warranty contract which covered the replacement of thermostat housingcustomer had to return because of fluid leaking-found engine headgasket leaking which was not evident after inital repairs,(system was pressure tested no leaks found)contacted customers extended warranty company whom advised us cause of failure had to be determined.it was not determined because Extended warranty required engine to be torn down to determine cause of failure but customer declined any further diagnosis at this timeThe service contract states no coverage for damage caused by overheating which is a good possiblity of what may have occured but again without the customers authorization for teardown we could not move forwardRodeo Kia is not responsibile or in fault of vehicles current condition or responsible for consequences if engine was overheated by customer

My complaint was against Rodeo Kia in Avondale I've rejected their response based on several reason: I had the vehicle repaired elsewhere and was advised that "all" of the "AC Oil" was drained from my compressor causing it to failWhen I was contacted by [redacted] corporate office they were only concerned about their reputation and attempting to sell me another vehicle [redacted] only resolution was for me to pay from $to $for repairs needed caused by their mechanics

After doing research the customer was in the dealership on 8/and his trade value was $and he has a lien on the vehicle of $according to him so we notified him that he had to put a large amount of money down to cover the deficiency from his other loanHe did not have the money to put

Mr*** came to our dealership on April 25th for an oil change and a noise in his A/C in his Kia SorentoWe did the oil change and gave Mr*** an estimate on the A/C repair (it needed a compressor) and he declined the repairMr*** Sorento has miles on it and is out
of warrantyThe A/C compressor went out on his car according to him shortly after he left the dealershipA compressor can go out at any time and the customer was aware of the problem when he came to our dealershipWe have offered him a discount on this service and he still refusedThe prior experience he had at the dealership was under different ownership

Rodeo Kia would like to apologize to Mr. and Mrs. Thiele for one of our employees conduct towards them. The matter should of been handled better. We have since got the loan approved and lowered the customers payment and their first payment is due in 45 days from today. I hope they accept my...

This is a lie he never sent an email. I was never told anything about a large down payment. This is fraud. Making dalse fraudulent statements he should be ashamed of himself. My father in law was involved which was the credit information they asked me for. I was never asked for any type of down payment. They should not ask people for credit information and not get back to them. And stop making up false stories of something supposedly done.
