I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed LMZ did pay the $It took several weeks with multiple phone calls and texts Tom at TPS and *** at LMZ both agreed the galvanized pipe should've been removed when the copper pipe was put inEspecially due to the chemical reaction those two metals have when they touchThey both know thisThis also does not justify the foot square hole and drywall they left behind my refrigeratorTo date the $is all I have asked for but this does not mean that's the only liability they will incurThe dage to my house do to their negligence will be in the neighborhood of $30,Neither tom or *** came to my house to inspect during or after the jobNeither came to see the damage either.
