First and foremost I would like to apologize for the late respondI have been trying to find the right words to sayI am in deeply shocked that Mrs [redacted] is requesting a refund because she never addressed any sort of complaint with me nor any of my staff .I gave her all the services she paid for I even made it a point to add some extras like giving her a big discount on photo booth servicesMrs [redacted] also could not come up with a portion of what I was charging her and I waived that amount of $and still gave her all the services included in the packageI did my best that I could do for her and most importantly her daughterThe DJ that she hired played a big role as to why people didn't stay as wellHe was using regular CD's and the music was skippingHe did not have the proper equipment nor was he entertaining the crowd.He arrived late I allow entertainers to set up their equipment from a.mto p.mand he arrived around 4:p.mI have learned in life and especially in this business that you will run across a person at least once in a lifetime who you can never be pleased regardless of how much/hard you try to accommodate themThis lady is definitely such a personThere were several things beyond my control that night- the main one being a massive downpour during her eventI can not control the weather it is beyond my control and it's also stated in the contract she signedIf my business was run the way this lady describes it, there would be more complaints in this website regarding my businessI have been in business for a little over years and her “complaint” is the only one in this websiteAt this point, I have turned this matter over to my attorney so he can deal with her “complaint.” Thank You
