This man is delusional and a complete liarI have spoken with my neighbors and nobody said anything like that, and they don't appreciate him saying soMy driveway was not plowed times from Monday through Wednesday nor were the neighborsI am an unhappy person? Well I guess that is partially true I am unhappy with this incompetent person/businessAlso I did not call them six times screaming...That would be himI would be more than happy to provide my phone logs to prove itI also have saved his rude voice messagesI do not want his business periodI have only spoken for myself regarding a partial refund..not the neighborsI would like no further dealing with John G*** or anyone in his so called businessPlease just keep this complaint on record as I am sure you will receive more from other customers in the future

This is in response to [redacted] at [redacted]. Ms [redacted] stated that she is guaranteed to have her driveway plowed by 8 am. We do not guarantee any times do the we don't control snow fall. It is stated in our contract that times are not guaranteed. LMG will work hard and fast...

to get everyone done. She also stated her neighbors want refunds. We called and asked "one responded they have no idea what she is talking about and is happy. [redacted] and is cousin her neighbors". Ms [redacted] called screaming at the owner and myself when I called her, she was plowed 5 times during Monday starting at 2 am until Wednesday 3/15, also after she called screaming 6 x total along with 3 other homes on her street. I think they would have called and filed complaints with her if we didn't do our job. Ms [redacted] is an unhappy person who is never happy with anyone stated from the neighbors and I have seen it myself. We even plow if there is only 1 inch. That's why I was upset with her screaming and false report. LMG will not give a penny to her, we will finish the season if and only after 2 inches.  Thank you, John
