I am rejecting this response because: I am in shockThe business has contacted me once with a voicemailA person by the name of *** has contacted me one timeHe called my phone early Saturday morningI have
called him back multiple timesHe has not called me backAt this point please do NOT have this business contact meI want a refundI will contact my bank to file a disputeThis *** person said there was an issue with my pictures not uploadingI made separate ordersIt is highly unlikely that all pictures I submitted did not uploadI have never received any email from themI can not understand why it has to be so difficult for Pet ID'sBut I have left multiple voicemails to ***'s phone and I have never heard back from him
