The storm door frame is not critical for entering and leaving the unit and we were waiting for milder weather in order to work on it. The present state does not affect the ability of the tenant to enter or leave the apartment in any way. The entry door certainly does not need to be replaced 'from...

Since this problem was reported we have sent maintenance over three times to resolve it. There were complications since the wire in the ground leading to the light source was damaged & we had to identify the source of the problem. It has now been repaired.
