I purchased a canvas picture of a horse online from this company on April 1st I contacted them online chat and they told me that my order would be shipped out within hours on April 5th I tried to contact them online chat again yesterday April 10th and no one would answer me, so I emailed them and they said my order would be shipped out within hours I told them thats what I was told last week , and that I thought I was getting the "run around" and got no email back from them I tried again today to online chat and no one answered againSo I did some searching as to where this company was it turns out its a house and contacted Revdex.com and they gave me a phone number and when I called it , it was disconnected My purchase amount was and my order number is *** I did receive a confirmation thru facebook messenger I just need to know if this is a legitimate company, and if so where is my order

I ordered a painting from the advertisement the company listed on Facebook on October 18th, When I ordered, they said they would send a notice when it shipped, and they never did (until after I had already received the package and emailed them wanting to return it for a refund)I just received the product on December 2nd and when I opened it, I was extremely disappointedI paid $dollars for a cheaply made digital printThe product did not look as pretty as the advertised photoIt isn't a painting, the colors are dull, the canvas is paper thin and will break easily, because of the plastic like textured canvas the picture looks like ink pixels, and they don't tell you that the product will be shipped from China and that it will take months to get itI emailed them to ask about the return policy and informed them I wanted to send the product back for a full refundThey sent a link to their refund policy saying that you only have days from the date of purchase to ask for
