I called this company to inquire about carpet cleaning and the representative assured me they did I was told they needed to do a consultation to see the condition of the carpet for pricing I proceeded and confirmed the appointment with the representative They asked me to text them my address, which I did I received a text back saying they got the text and they looked forward to our appointment The day of the appointment they didn't show up, not even a call I didn't bother to follow up with them If this is how they conduct their business I can't be confident they would clean and properly care for my carpet
