I used their shipping service to send packages to China, and they charged me extra $*** from my account without my permission.
7/28/2019, I used their shipping service send 114 packages to China. I fill out the shipping label based on their instructions they posted on their official website. After they receive my package, they noticed me that they will charge me addition $20 dollars per package, and $100 penalty because I didn't fill out there shipping info right. I asked them to return my package because the price is not acceptable for me, but instead of return my package, they send them out and charged me $*** extra fee plus shipping without my permission. I went to their website and noticed that the duty tariff for each package( they are watches under $100 dollars) is $10 dollars. So I contacted their staff for a refund, they charged me $20 for each package, so there is a $*** difference plus the $100 penalty, they refund me $350 dollars at the first time, but never get back to my for the rest of my refund. They've blocked my phone and social media account so I can't reach them, but they still own me $890 dollars. I demand this company can refund me ASAP.
My account number in their company is:***
Below is some of the tracking number:
I hope they can keep the spirit of contract, refund my money.
LLP Global Inc.is a international transportation company.
I purchased Similac formula from different website at different times, and sent them to the warehouse of LLP Global Inc. They should send the packages to my family in ***. But they replaced my formula with near effect items which expires on the same day.
I placed the first order with 6 Similac organic formula on Amazon.com (worth $162.43) in April. And the second order with with 6 Similac organic formula is also from Amazon (worth $162.43) in May. Then my friend noticed that all of the formula would expire on Sep. 1, 2018. I thought that Amazon gave me the effective items. So I switched to Walmart.com and still placed an order with 6 Similac organic formula sending to the warehouse of LLP Global Inc (worth $167.7). And this time they also gave me formula with same date of expire. I paid $54 for each package to have the company sending them to ***, but they didn't perform their work properly. It is obvious that this company replaced my items: it is improbably that Amazon took over 1 month to handle the near effect products; and it is totally impossible that Amazon and Walmart would have near effect products that expire at the same day in different time.
Noticing this, I requested the company return another package which was leaving the company to Walmart, But the customer representative refused until I said that I can pay for the international shipping fee of $54.
Then I requested the company to withdraw my deposit to my account on Sep 6, but it is still under processing, even they already promise me that we'll handle it as soon as possible for several times.
In summary, as a shipping company, this company immorally stole my items and irresponsibly procrastinated process my reasonable refund request.

Refund The security is essential for foods. So I don't accept exchange: this time they sent me near effect, next time they might send me poison. I don't want to take the risk. I already took care of the first two orders, so I don't want to follow up any more. But for the third package (worth $167.7), which was expired when it arrived, I would like to request for a refund. Also, I want to get the refund of the shipping fee of $54 and my deposit of $140. The total is $367.1.
