The customer bought a used bike that had new tires installed in the past and is now looking for a free lunch making baseless allegationsI take the utmost care in installing and balancing tires and there is no way that I warped his rim and the scratches are likely from old wheel weight removal as kawasaki has used those clip on style weights that inevitably scratch the rim upon removal and replacementOr they could be from previous tire installations, I simply do not know how or when they got there but I do know I used nylon rim guards, so the likelihood of it happening here is very very lowSo no, I am not going to buy the guy some new wheel for his baseless allegations and I also know he is lying through his teeth about me warping the wheel or improperly balancing themThe guy simply is looking for a free handout and wants to shuck responsibility and place blame on whoever he can and hope someone will hand him free stuff.Lloyd
