Since your offer -Our apologies, please let us know if you wish to receive a replacement. I have excepted - I would be happy to get a replacement for the 100 ft. Stainless Stain hose. I was surprised at the defects. We had a contact. A couple of emails later you wanted to change the terms and I MAY need to return the item. I wish this was stated before the offer to replace, the hose went to the trash after I thought we had a contact. Our emails started back in Aug. 20th. Poor business practice. LL Bond
