The matter is being resolved by the company.
I have lived in a unit this company manages since Aug 15, 2015. A few days after moving in I called to let them know I needed repairs done. It took them 5 weeks to come to my house to fix the things I needed. While at my house they didn't fix the toilet like I had asked. A day or two after the repairs were done the toilet stared to move. I sent an email on 9/23/15 advising the company that the toilet needs a new wax ring. The next day I received an email back stating they would have someone come fix it. Today is Oct 18,2015 and no one has been here to fix it. It is absurd to have to wait a month for any kind of repairs to be done. I pay my rent on time and it is the management companies job to fix the things that do not work. I have asked several times for the landlords name and they refuse to give it to me. I am sure they don't want him to know how unsatisfied his renters are. I work with a lady who uses this same company to rent out a home she has and she said they are always fast to fix the problems that come up for her. I am now wondering if they have something against me or why is that not the case for me. bottom line I should not have to harass these people for a month for them to come fix the issues I have. I am at a loss, and I don't know who else to contact for guidance.Thank you for your time, [redacted]Desired SettlementI would like someone to come out to my house and fix my toilet. all it needs is a new wax ring.Business Response Contact Name and Title: [redacted]Contact Phone: 775 575 9550Contact Email: [email protected] Whom It May Concern: In reference to [redacted], [redacted]: [redacted] submitted a work order for move-in repairs on 9/10/15; part of that work order was that the toilet was leaning and needed repair.
